This Policy applies to all customers subscribing to Mergers United's subscription-based services, which provide a technology platform facilitating introductions between businesses and investors.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@mergersunited.com or through the account portal on the Platform. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing. Access to services will continue until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are limited and may only be considered where:
Requests must be submitted in writing to support@mergersunited.com with proof of subscription and a clear description of the issue. The Company will acknowledge receipt within five (5) business days. Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 10–15 business days. Refunds may be full or partial at the sole discretion of the Company.
No refunds, credits, or reimbursements shall be granted once the current subscription period has ended or a new billing cycle has commenced — whether the service or credits were fully used, partially used, or unused. Failure to submit a cancellation request prior to the renewal date constitutes acceptance of renewal without any entitlement to refund.
Refunds shall not be granted in the following circumstances:
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. Customers must cancel before the next billing date to avoid charges for the subsequent period.
